I've been dealing with fissures not fully healing all year. I had tried many products: zinc oxide, medicated ointments from the chemist, manuka honey. All were temporary in their action. Less than a week of applying this balm and they are fully healed. When I feel any new irritation coming on I apply a bit before bed and it's better by morning. Magic stuff!
